Thoughts Like Seeds

By Wayne Hafner

According to Leslie Householder’s book Hidden Treasures:

The Law of Gender and Gestation states that in all of creation there is a male and a female in every kind. For life to perpetuate there must be one to plant the seed, and one to grow and nourish the seed. In some cases, one creature accomplishes both tasks.

For an idea-seed to be created and then come into the physical world, there must be an idea planter and idea grower. We can be both an idea planter and grower. We have the power to create in our mind an original picture.

“Every thought seed sown or allowed to fall into the mind, and allowed to take root there, produces its own, blossoming sooner or later into act, and bearing its own fruitage of opportunity and circumstance. Good thoughts bean good fruit, bad thoughts bad fruit” – James Allen, As a Man Thinketh

The Law of Gestation states that every seed has an incubation period. Once it is placed in the correct environment, it begins to develop and reaches maturity after a certain period of time.

Everything has an appointed time. Like an acorn, everything that is needed for the seed is already around. Everything we need is already around us. While we wait for it we must be preparing ourselves. By faith it comes. By action we receive it.

Remember, all we need is already in the universe around us. By applying the laws we are preparing ourselves to receive that which we desire. We plant the seeds, believe, and place ourselves into the correct vibration to receive what we desire.

However, we must remember that our vibration does not change by our thoughts alone, but by turning those thoughts over to our subconscious mind through strong emotional feelings.

To experience the changes we’re trying to make in our lives, we must imagine what we want, feel the joy of it now, and thank our Creator for blessing us with what we desire.
