7 Tips to Create Good Thoughts

By Cari Skrdla

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation says that all energy is in motion and that energy will eventually result in a physical manifestation.

From other Universal Laws we can conclude that thoughts are also energy. So, what does this mean and what are our opportunities? It’s simple, our thoughts will eventually materialize into a physical form. This law is not biased, it does not judge, it does not select favorites. What we think about we bring about.

Because this law acts without sifting your thoughts, things can be complicated when working towards an abundant life. If you think to yourself, I wish I had lots of money, but then think but it can’t really happen, this law will respond to both. Meaning, one thought will cancel out the other.

Many individuals become alarmed upon hearing this law. The random thoughts that float through our minds are often startling to us. However, we are not subject to our random thoughts but rather to those thoughts that are pervasive. We have millions of fleeting thoughts each day, so it is impossible for all thoughts to be transmuted into the physical form, but we can be responsible for the thoughts we focus on most. Consistency in positive, powerful thoughts paired with the law of the transmutation can prosper our health, relationships, and our desires for wealth.

Beliefs

Our minds are very powerful and because it is, will discard the thoughts that are not important, or random, or thoughts that are not congruent with our beliefs. If we want to be abundant and we think how good it would be to have lots of money, but our beliefs about money are that money doesn’t grow on trees, or money is the root of all evil, then our minds will discard the thought that it would be good to have lots of money. In Leslie Householder’s Mindset Mastery Program, she maintains that our old programs contained in the subconscious literally control the choices you make and the actions we take (Householder, 2016, p. 142)

Why is this? Well it is because you have spent many years telling yourself that money doesn’t grow on trees and that it is the root of all evil, so this is what your mind believes to be true and the thought that having a lot of it would be good is a contradiction to these beliefs. We can examine our lives and surroundings for evidence of what our thoughts are. Particularly what we have rooted in our subconscious. Money or lack of it is only a small part of what we have impacted in the world. Consider our relationships, careers, and circumstances all come from this place as well.

Worry

The law of perpetual transmutation of energy responds to the most dominant thoughts in our minds. The thoughts our mind constitutes to be important are those thoughts that are consistent. When we worry, we continually bombard our minds with that of which we are worried about, so those thoughts will be the most dominant and presto those are the thoughts that are manifested.

If you are not happy with what you are manifesting, then it is up to you to change your dominant thoughts to those things that you do want and not the things you don’t want. This will take time and practice. You have spent years focusing on what you do not want so don’t expect your thoughts to change overnight.

It is said that it takes 30 days to change a habit or to create a new one. The same applies to your thoughts. You must hold the thought of the thing you want for a minimum of thirty days to transform your current programming.

Because the ‘Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy’ responds to the dominant thoughts in our minds, we need to make sure the dominant thoughts in our minds are of those things we wish to realize. How do we do this? Below is a small list of things you can do to bombard your mind with new thoughts and make them the dominant thoughts in your head, thus putting the law of perpetual transmutation of energy to work for you.

  1. Use positive affirmations.
  2. Creating a vision board.
  3. Reading inspirational quotes.
  4. Read positive books.
  5. Listen to positive music.
  6. Act as if you already have that which you desire.
  7. Be grateful for the good things in your life.
